About Kayt

At the age of 13 
Kayt was formally classified and raised as a Young Homeless Person in the State of Victoria, Australia on a ‘Supervision Order’ which status extended nationally.

At the age of 23
Having been raised by mentors and case managers of ‘the system’ she saw the conclusion of her 1st career was in the field of Community Services & Social Welfare, further to the arrival of her 1st and only child 11 years ago, she continued her career as a single mother in Micro & SME Business, System Administration Development & Management, Professional Soft Skill Training & Inspirational Speaking

At the age of 33 
She became a qualified vocational trainer, and was introduced to the Speaking Industry and attended a speaking academy run by some of the Australia’s current leading speakers, professional trainers & networking guru’s.

Kayt is currently 35
and a professional facilitator in empowered workplace training & soft skills. She also own’s her own Professional Service Business on & offline and is a Professional Networker in both Corporate, SME  & Community (with a strong association in Beauty Therapy, Community & the Health & Wellness industry)

“I am too community for corporate, too corporate for community and too independent for marriage and that is EXACTLY how I like it, but what i am exceptionally good at is ’blending’ in to any social or professional environment, though i do tend to get noticed! (and no, it’s not the way i dress, nor is it ego – I stand tall, walk straight & never not have a smile for people in my path – it’s just me)” – “Not bad for a little Melbourne Streety” as she confidently stood in front of a room of Professional & National Speakers, with her hands in her back pockets & a charming grin on her face.

In consideration to the above upbringing does not mean that she is not very close to her family/families (genetic & non), on the contrary. In fact loyalty, respect & honour are stronger traits than many would have under normal circumstances and this extends to her friends and associates.

She ride’s BIG motorbikes, has an addiction to adrenaline sport, a wicked back fist & step kick, is head over heels in love with balcony views, human kind and fairytale endings
